Looking west-northwest across Baker Lake to Ptarmigan Peak (courtesy Sonny Bou)| A moderate scramble via south scree slopes. Ptarmigan Peak is a straightforward ascent that is often feasible earlier than its neighbours and is sometimes climbed in winter, also.
